Account Registration and Security
To create an account on 9jeta7, you must provide accurate and complete information. The following account-related provisions must be followed:
3.1 Registration Rules
- At the time of registration, you must provide your full name, date of birth, a valid mobile number, and an active email address.
- You are fully responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Providing false information will result in account closure.
- 9jeta7 reserves the right to conduct an account verification process (KYC) at any time.
3.2 Account Security
- Keep your password and login details completely confidential. Never share them with any third party.
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify 9jeta7 Support immediately.
- You are personally responsible for all activity on your account, unless you have notified us of a breach in a timely manner.
- 9jeta7 will never ask for your password or OTP by email, SMS, or phone.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
The following financial provisions apply to deposits and withdrawals on 9jeta7. Players are requested to read these provisions carefully.
4.1 Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka) — this is the same for every method.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka).
- Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal requests may be delayed or suspended if identity verification has not been completed.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawals will be held pending investigation.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
9jeta7 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for players. Please read the following terms carefully before claiming these bonuses:
5.1 Welcome Bonus
- New players will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
- For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500.
- Another example: depositing ৳8,000 will earn a ৳5,000 bonus (the maximum limit), bringing the total balance to ৳13,000.
- A 15x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn.
- Each registered account will receive the welcome bonus only once.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement has been met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless specifically stated otherwise.
- If an attempt to abuse a bonus offer is detected, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.
- 9jeta7 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Gaming Rules
All gaming activity on 9jeta7 is conducted on the basis of fairness and transparency. Players are required to follow the gaming rules below:
- The outcome of all games is determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
- If a technical error occurs during play, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.
- Once a round has been completed, the bets for that round cannot be changed or cancelled.
- The 9jeta7 system log will be treated as the final record of gaming results.
- If there is a dispute over the outcome of any game, please contact the support team. The matter will be resolved in the utmost good faith.
- Any winnings obtained by exploiting a known bug or system error will be forfeited.
7. Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and subject to penalty:

- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or hacking.
- Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial activities.
- Intimidating, threatening, or harassing other players or staff.
